On August 17, 2024, the company organized a five-day and four-night tour of Ningxia. I followed everyone on a journey full of surprises and challenges to Jiangnan, a land that bears the beauty of history and nature.
The first stop is the Sand Lake. When I first entered the Sand Lake, the endless lake water sparkled and set off against the golden desert, just like a beautiful picture. The cute alpacas in the cute pet paradise, the kapibara of Internet celebrities, the colorful macaws, and the noble and elegant black swans of Swan Island. Here, sand and water, people and nature, coexist in harmony, forming a unique ecological landscape. I felt the majesty of the desert and the tenderness of the lake to my heart's content, as if I was in a dreamy world. Taking a cruise boat on the lake slowly, the breeze was blowing, bringing a trace of coolness. The sand dunes in the distance shone with golden light under the sun, as if they were masterpieces outlined by nature with a magical brush.
Leaving the Shahu Lake, I came to the Western Xia Tombs. There is a strong historical atmosphere here, and the ancient mausoleums quietly tell the glory and vicissitudes of the Western Xia Dynasty. Walking in the mausoleum seems to have traveled to that distant era. Although the mausoleum has undergone years of erosion, it still reveals a kind of majesty and solemnity. Here, history is no longer the words on the books, but the truth that can be touched.
The second stop, Zhongwei Shapotou, is where the Yellow River meets the desert. Sitting on a sheepskin raft, listening to the raftsmen sing northwestern folk songs downstream, feeling the tension and excitement of breaking turbid waves across the dangerous beach. Standing on the top of the sandy slope, the Yellow River rushes past, majestic. Sand down, feeling the wind howling in my ears, extremely exciting. Riding a camel and walking in the desert, it is like becoming an ancient business traveler,The "Silk Road" was right under his feet. The sun was setting, and the desert was dyed golden yellow, which was very beautiful.
The third stop was also the climax of the trip--Crossing the Five Lakes of Alxa. Take an off-road vehicle over the sand dunes one by one and head to the hinterland of the Alxa Desert. The screams in the car are constant, and you can feel the true speed and passion. Camel Lake, Egg Yolk Lake, Guitar Lake, Swan Lake, and Ulan Lake have their own characteristics. The most beautiful is Ulan Lake, which is known as the "Heart of the Earth". At a glance, you are shocked by the magical blazing red. From the sky, the blood-red lake is separated by a series of curved white crystals, like a heart that spurts blood, embedded in the lifeless golden desert, revealing an indescribable enchantment and charm, which can't help but sigh at the wonders of nature.
This trip to the park has allowed me to appreciate the wonders and beauty of nature, as well as the weight and vicissitudes of history. The special cuisine of Huaiyuan Night Market, the sunset in Lanshan Park, and the precious cultural relics of Ningxia Museum will all become memories in my heart forever.
