Rh catalysts
Rhodium catalyst shows very high activity in the hydrogenation of aromatic hydrocarbon rings. Many compounds can be hydrogenated at room temperature. Generally, palladium catalyst is used in the hydrogenation of olefin, but rhodium catalyst shows higher activity than palladium catalyst in this reaction.
